Euler Dynamics, Inc. ("Euler Dynamics", "we", "us") is committed to protecting personal data we collect through eulerdynamics.co. This notice explains what we collect, why, and the rights available to you.
Data controller
Euler Dynamics, Inc. is the controller responsible for personal data processed through this site. For privacy-related correspondence, contact [email protected].
Data we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, organization, and message content you provide. Our hosting infrastructure also captures standard server logs containing IP address, user agent, and request metadata, retained for security and abuse prevention.
How we use your data
We use submitted contact data to respond to your inquiry, qualify your interest, and maintain a record of correspondence. Server logs are used to protect the site against abuse, debug operational issues, and meet legal record-keeping obligations.
Legal basis
Where the GDPR or equivalent regimes apply, our legal bases are: legitimate interest (responding to inbound business inquiries, securing the site), consent (where required for non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (compliance with export control, anti-corruption, and tax record-keeping rules).
Sharing and disclosure
We share data only with subprocessors required to deliver the service: Resend for email delivery and our hosting provider for site operation. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising purposes. We may disclose data to government authorities under valid legal process or as required by U.S. and applicable foreign export-control and sanctions law.
International transfers
Personal data may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our subprocessors operate. Where required, transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses or other recognized safeguards.
Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months from the most recent interaction unless a longer period is required for legal, contractual, or compliance reasons. Server logs are retained for up to 12 months.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction or objection to processing of, or portability of your personal data. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and delete. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Security
We use TLS for data in transit and access controls for data at rest. No system is fully secure; we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality of any information transmitted over the internet.
Children
This site is not directed to individuals under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We will post material changes to this notice on this page and update the revision date. Your continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised notice.
