Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Euler Dynamics S.A.S. handles personal data collected through eulerdynamics.co. It follows Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 (compiled in Decree 1074 of 2015). The Spanish version of this policy prevails.

What we collect
From the contact form: your name, email address, the product you ask about (optional) and your message. From the careers form: your name, email address, discipline, location (optional), a link to your CV or profile, and your message. To deliver the site and protect it from abuse, our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and request details. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not include it in your messages.
Why we use it
To answer your inquiry and keep a record of our correspondence; to assess your profile for current or future roles, if you write through the careers form; to operate and secure the site; and to meet our legal obligations.
Your authorization
By sending a form you authorize us to process your data for these purposes. Authorization is voluntary, and you may withdraw it at any time, unless a legal or contractual duty requires us to keep the data.
Your rights
Under Article 8 of Law 1581 of 2012 you may: know, update and correct your data; request proof of your authorization; be told how your data has been used; withdraw your authorization or ask us to delete your data; access your data free of charge; and file complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC).
How to exercise them
Write to contact@eulerdynamics.co with your name, what you are asking for, and how to reach you. We answer inquiries within 10 business days, extendable by 5, and complaints within 15 business days, extendable by 8, as Articles 14 and 15 of Law 1581 provide. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may take the matter to the SIC.
Who we share it with
Only providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers the site, and Zoho, which carries our email. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
Data outside Colombia
These providers store and process data outside Colombia, including in the United States. We use only providers in countries the SIC recognises as offering an adequate level of protection, or under contracts that protect your data to the same standard.
How long we keep it
Contact and careers messages: up to 24 months from our last exchange, unless the law requires longer. Technical data: only as long as needed to operate and secure the site.
Security
Data travels encrypted (TLS), and access to it is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure.
Minors
This site is not directed at people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If a minor has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.
Visitors outside Colombia
We operate in Colombia, and this policy follows Colombian law. If you write to us from another country, we will still honour requests to access, correct or delete your data.
Validity and changes
This policy is in force from 14 October 2026. We keep data only while the purposes above last. We will post any change here and update the date. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect.
