These terms govern your use of eulerdynamics.co, operated by Euler Dynamics S.A.S., a company organized under the laws of Colombia. By using the site you accept them.
What this site is
An information site about Euler Dynamics and its products. Nothing on it is an offer to sell or a commitment to deliver. Specifications, performance, availability and pricing are set only by a signed contract. Some products described here, including Helios Sight and Helios Sentry, are still in development.
Intellectual property
The site's content, including text, images, designs, logos, product names and code, belongs to Euler Dynamics or its licensors. It is protected by Colombian law, the Andean Community regime (Decisions 351 of 1993 and 486 of 2000) and international treaties. You may view it for your own reference. Any other use needs our written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not try to disrupt or compromise the site, scrape it in ways that degrade the service, impersonate anyone, send unlawful content through its forms, or use it in breach of any applicable law.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent Colombian law allows, including the Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011) where it applies, Euler Dynamics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Colombian law. Any dispute goes to the competent courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia.
Language
These terms are published in Spanish and English. If the versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
